Meet the Instructors

Jess
Hello, I’m Jess, I have been an occupational therapist for over 20 years. Before that, I trained and worked in London as a printed textile designer. Many of my designs and artwork have been inspired by nature.
I love creating and making and find it both calming and exciting at the same time and this is what led me to want to be involved in creating art with others for the joy of it!
I have been lucky enough to run art groups with people of all ages from toddlers to people in their 80s.
Along the way, I have spent time in Spain working on organic farms, loving the beauty of the wild and being totally immersed in nature and the land.
I grew up in Sussex and have always loved being near the sea and the countryside and after spending time away, I returned to this part of the world and live here with my partner and our four children and our very lively dog.
I have an enhanced DBS as work with vulnerable people in the NHS.

Indi
Hi my names Indi,
I have been practicing kundalini yoga for the past 10 years and since completing my training with H3 I have been teaching for the past 3 years. I work with sound, movement, and the cycles of nature, including the moon.
The past year I have been incorporating the healing vibrations of gongs with my yoga and have expanded into hosting new moon gong baths in a growing community hub in Southsea.
A practicing space holder for woman’s circles, womb workshops and family friendly celebrations and ceremonies.
In my spare time I like to do upcycling projects and experiment with making natural at home remedies for myself and my plant babies.
I aim to make ceremonies more accessible for young ones and parents, bringing in elements of fun and creation to keep the child within all of us alive.
